The hotel is amazing! excellent location in the city center, next to the old town! Nice modern room and excellent mattresses which were not soft! The windows cannot be opened but air con was perfect.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were outstanding – from housekeeping to the manager FUAD, who was extremely respectful and always ready to help us with anything, including directions around the city. Everyone was very cooperative and friendly.
The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from Nizami Street with all the restaurants, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful.
A big thank you to Fuad, Sabina, and Javidan, as well as other staff members whose names I don’t know. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku.
And a special thanks to Javidan for always serving us the most delicious tea!
