This was our first time, and it definitely won’t be the last. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Samira, the Guest Relations Manager. She made our visit truly special by upgrading our booking to a beautiful villa and personally showing us around — a gesture we truly appreciated. A big thank you to all the staff for their hospitality, especially Mr. Akif and Mr. Tofiq, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, and we’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for the wonderful horse care trip, and to the gardener, Mr. Ali, who greeted us every day with a kind smile. Everything about our experience was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Thank you for being part of Pik Palace season's journey! We are pleased to announce that we are accepting bookings for the upcoming season, starting from December 1, 2024. Location was fabulous. Breakfast was great and a lot of adjustment for Indian cuisine. Valet parking was very helpful. Staff was always smiling and willing to help. Free water !!! We will definitely come again and stay here on our trip to Shahdag.

The hotel was really nice, clean and with excellent atmosphere, the hotel team were very nice and friendly, I recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for a beautiful relaxing getaway.

Courtyard by Marriott Baku asub Bakus, 1,5 km kaugusel purskkaevude väljakust. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. What a pleasant experience. From the start to the end. Thank you to all the staff. From service to etiquette, we were wowed. Our flight landed incredibly early, we were blessed with the kindest desk attendant who allowed an early check, charge free❤️. Location, magnificent. And the view of the hotel itself is really soo pretty. Cleaning staff well mannered and friendly. Room was amazing super comfy. Breakfast, awesome. Definitely a 10/10👍

Qafqaz Tufandag Mountain Resort Hotel has a fitness centre, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Gabala. This 5-star hotel offers a kids' club, room service and free WiFi. There was nothing not to like at this hotel. The level of service is excellent from the time you check in right to checkout. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to ensure maximum satisfaction. We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our only regret was not booking an extra night. The setting is stunning and a big advantage is the cable car at the hotel.
