The location is amazing you can reach any main attraction by walking distance. `very comfy bed and delicious breakfast.

I have been travelling to Azerbaijan for several years. Normally, even the other hotels having more facilities or fancier, they have always problems in service. Midtown is an exception. From front desk to bell boys, they have a very high standard. For the breakfast, Samir is a star, serving people like hosting in his own home. He is the manager of several stuff. Each of them behaves like him. I haven't seen such a hospitality. Thanks!

Baku Tour Hotel & Hostel er þægilega staðsett í Sabayil-hverfinu í Baku, 1,7 km frá Flag-torgi, 1,2 km frá Azerbaijan-teppi og 1,6 km frá Flame-turnunum. The hotel is very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and answered our questions nicely (it was our first day in Azerbaijan). The location is good, close to Azerbaijan eye, deniz mall and the flame towers. BTW, I recommend visiting the donner resturant next the hotel ( I attached a picture of the restaurant). They have kebabs, dinner kebab, great soups, rice and tea.
