Staff was very helpful accommodating my stay after my flight was diverted back to the destination due to bad weather. Pick up from and to the airport was really helpful. Location of the hotel is great, right across from the old town with access to most of the sights. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. Room was spacious with good temperature control despite being snowing outside.

Absolutely great place. Convenient parking, nice breakfast, super clean, fresh and beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely staff at reception. Very helpful and welcoming. Separate comfy bed for a child, what was very important for us. Will come back definitely whenever we visit Bosnia again
