The location was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was amazing, and we even had the option to upgrade it. The room was spacious for our family and spotlessly clean, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds. 2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach. 3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

- Welcome to Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp: A Destination of its Own, Where 5-star Luxury Meets Antwerp Legacy. Everything was perfect. The staff were all amazing, from door staff to reception and resturant staff, as well as housekeeping. The hotel itself is in a great location and is stunning. The spa and pool area was very clean and modern and in a beautiful setting.

The property was very clean and a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants and shops. I suggest adding breakfast to your room if you can because the breakfast is amazing. The room itself was very comfortable and the owners pay a lot attention to the tiniest details that make staying there comfortable and convenient. I love the sustainability and how they plant a tree for your stay and they give you a free beer and chocolates.! One of the best days I’ve had in Europe.

ONE TWO FOUR - Hotel & Spa asub Gentis, 1,7 km kaugusel Sint-Pietersstation Gentist. Kohapeal on concierge, allergikutele sobilikud toad, aed, tasuta WiFi-ühendus kogu hoones ja terrass. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spacious. Overall everything was great.
