Loved the bar in the lobby for a drink or a coffee. We would absolutely stay here again. We stayed with our 1 year old baby and the staff could not have been more accommodating and kind.

They are kind and helpful. The room was very clean. Our room was at the 8th floor with a city view. The room was spacious and bright. We especially loved the location. Very easy to use public transport and great neighborhood.

All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly, and took great care of us with kindness and respect except for one individual, whose attitude unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience. However, I am still happy to give a full score of 10, without deducting any points for the one staff member who affected the overall atmosphere of the stay. All staff in Era restaurant are attentive and went beyond our expectations.

It is modern, clean, and welcoming, with a brilliant outdoor bar/seating area for a nice drink after a long day of driving. I located quickly just off the main roads. Check-in was smooth, and having stayed in many hotels, I think it's been one of the more memorable hotels to use again. It also has a children's play area just outside reception, which my kids really enjoyed; it also had live chickens!

Cleanliness, comfort, top-notch service and great location.Private SPA is a bullseye! Relaxation at the highest level in comfortable and luxurious conditions. I recommend it to anyone looking for true relaxation. I'm truly recommending this place, and for sure I will back there during my next travel.
