The location was great and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. However, what made our experience even more memorable was the incredible hospitality of the owner. Despite being unwell during our visit, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, always greeting us with kindness and warmth. Their dedication and generosity truly touched us, and we are so grateful for the care they showed us. The food was also absolutely amazing, a real highlight of our stay! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you again for everything – we hope to return in the future!

It is clearly the best hotel in Ouagadougou at this time. Times are challenging for all hotels, it has to be said. The immense pool and the plunge pool in the current hot weather, the good food (not automatic in a hotel in general and in Ouaga in particular), the spacious room, and most importantly the guest-oriented honest friendliness and efficiency of the staff make me recommend this place.

Hacienda Ouaga features a fitness center, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and à la carte breakfast in Ouagadougou. I really enjoyed my stay here for many reasons. They were very quick to respond to my messages / requests and were there to meet me at the airport in the middle of the night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was high quality and enjoyable by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with my travel arrangements, as was the French owner who speaks fluent English .
