They were very quick to respond to my messages / requests and were there to meet me at the airport in the middle of the night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was high quality and enjoyable by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with my travel arrangements, as was the French owner who speaks fluent English .

There is absolutely professional security personnel at the entrance. It is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and there was a good desk to work on. Windows were big and curtains were thick enough to not let the sun burn you in case you need to sleep. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The TV set had enough programs in English. The shower was one of my favorites in the room in general - enough water and easily adjusted spurt. Breakfast was relatively good and diverse - for the standards I have experienced elsewhere in Africa I would even say excellent. Room service was prompt. Shuttle to the airport was easy to organize.

The stay was very lovely for me, Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. pool. Good choice for breakfast.Bar area was pleasant, ,although not expensive. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient.

Our stay at this lovely property was truly special! The place itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. However, what made our experience even more memorable was the incredible hospitality of the owner. Despite being unwell during our visit, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, always greeting us with kindness and warmth. Their dedication and generosity truly touched us, and we are so grateful for the care they showed us. The food was also absolutely amazing, a real highlight of our stay! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you again for everything – we hope to return in the future!

It is clearly the best hotel in Ouagadougou at this time. Times are challenging for all hotels, it has to be said. The immense pool and the plunge pool in the current hot weather, the good food (not automatic in a hotel in general and in Ouaga in particular), the spacious room, and most importantly the guest-oriented honest friendliness and efficiency of the staff make me recommend this place.
