I spent the New year’s eve at this property, I would like to thank The front desk staff Mr.Hussain Alhadad and Ms. Alaa was very friendly and helpful with a smile on their face at all the time , Room service was fast, and the food arrived hot and delicious .

We tried both restaurants on 34th floor, and they are top notch. A special mention for the Tuscan chef, Simona, and her crew, who deliver flawless Italian classics in a very pleasant environment with live piano music. The services provided by Hashim and his colleagues has been impeccable throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is great with very nice facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there were very friendly and providing excellent service specially Mr. Ahmad Qaffiny who was always available to accommodate our requests with a very nice personality and smile. We checked in on the new year eve and it was very nice to see the celebration and fire works around the hotel.
