They were so generous in keeping the room and fridge well-stocked throughout my stay. Even in the middle of the night, the service team was ready to help with anything I needed. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. I’m extremely happy with my stay and already looking forward to coming back. Can't praise them enough, best customer service I have experienced. Hotel has a very unique location on its own island. The amenities are great, restaurants great, breakfast great. All great. This was especially meaningful as I was exhausted and in desperate need of rest. I truly appreciate how the team was so kind and accommodating.
