The hotel service was exceptional; they even helped us clean our wedding dresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would like to especially thank Farhad, Mohamed Abdel Mohsen, and Mohamed from the staff for their outstanding assistance. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay even more memorable.
