The staff were extremely friendly and cordial. Breakfast was excellent. Delicious food and menu. They also have a terrace where you can spend time enjoying a scenic mountain view. The hotel room is equipped with a heater among all the modern amenities. They attended to our every need. Highly recommended for family & solo travellers.

Everything! It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Everything ws new and clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy I did not want to get out in the morning. It is PERFECTLY located where I could look at the mountains as well as walk 10 mins to a quaint and picturesque square. Lunch and dinner were delicious! The STAFF were AMAZING. So very helpful. ...especially the young man at the front (whose name I wrote but lost! ) I would HIGHLY recommend the Willows Hotel! I will definitely stay here again.
