City Hotel Thimphu has very spacious rooms with a lot of wood, very cozy and comfortable. Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Any outside travels were arranged with outside drivers with no mark-up for the hotel. When we had cause to celebrate, a good prosecco (we live in Italy) was arranged at the lowest cost possible. I'd very warmly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Thimphu for work or leisure.

Perfect and comfortable stay, with family including elderly parents and our toddler daughter. Hotel had all necessary facilities, good choice of food, great location and very very helpful staff. Using the Indoor heated swimming pool in the cold weather was the highlight !

The Village Lodge Bumthang offre comodi alloggi nella cornice di Bumtang Tang. Dotata di il servizo in camera, questa struttura offre ai propri ospiti anche un ristorante. I felt like part of the family. Thanks to Tsering and her daughter Dawa who went out of their way to look after me in every way possible. The food was absolutely delicious. The guest house itself was new, comfortable, warm, quiet, and had a nice view. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is an exceptional value. It was clean, quiet, and everything was functional and orderly. Since the moment we entered the hotel and were greeting with a traditional drink, the owner and staff were more than attentive and accommodating. They helped us with everything: driving us to where we needed to go, helping plan activities, booking hotels in other cities, getting reservations at hot stone baths and more. The food was good and the coffee was also quite good. In all, we couldn't have asked for anything more.
