Excellent value! Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and clean. We had a kitchenette which was great for eating some meals in. The grounds are clean and d well kept. The staff was so attentive and lovely. The place is well cared for. Our room was damaged with the Sara storm and we were therefore upgraded for most of the nights to a 3 bedroom house with a shared swimming pool. It was just outstanding. The house was tastefully decorated, had everything you need, including loads of towels, the kitchen is well appointed, including a fountain with drinking water. We then moved back to a 2-bedroom apartment which is what we had originally booked, still with access to the pool. Still great kitchen, drinking water, all toiletries. Super clean. Housekeeping is done daily and the team is absolutely lovely. We were totally delighted. Breakfast is great and they offer a different special every day. The location is incredible, close everything but quiet and we used the free bikes to move around. We loved it so much that we extended our stay

The rooms are excellent, with good aircon, very clean and perfect for the stay. The island is very small and its walking distance everywhere. Owner are super helpful, gave us tips of how to get to the island, are responding fast. Totally recommend the stay.

Pláž North Ambergris Caye Beach je 600 metrů daleko.... Due to a leak in our room from the high winds and rain we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen and living space. Also it had a large balcony with a view of the water. It was great to have all the extra room and cooking space. The place also offered laundry service for free. Very close to restaurants and bars. Staff helped arrange a golf cart rental to get around. Also assisted with taxi to and from the condo.

Gorgeous, tranquil place to stay. Waking up 10m from the water was something special. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the restaurant had so many delicious food options. We used the complimentary bikes to cycle to Placencia, great to have the option but it was definitely a hot cycle! 😅

Victoria House offers accommodation in San Pedro. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Certain rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The staff were amazing! Beautiful hotel on the beach with two pools and very comfortable rooms!

Emanuel was wonderful right from the start and organized a pick up/drop off from the airport and a golf cart rental Clean, close to restaurants, private dock, can't wait to come back soon. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for some privacy, yet still want to be near the heart of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
