Not only our room was upgraded, but also she let us do the late check out free of charge. She is always available to give advices about what to do on the island, recommend places to eat, anything you need. Also, awesome hammocks!

We had an amazing experience at this apartment. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. Everything exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset – truly magical! The price was incredibly reasonable considering the quality and amenities provided. The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect – we have no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Victoria House offers accommodation in San Pedro. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Certain rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The staff were amazing! Beautiful hotel on the beach with two pools and very comfortable rooms!

Loved taking out the complimentary bikes, paddleboard and canoe for spins around town and water exploring. Breakfast on rooftop was an amazing way to start the day, and sunset views at night on dock were the best way to start an evening of fun or relaxation. Would book this property again!

Great location at the top of the hill and right beside Cahal Pech. The restaurant food was amazing. The pool was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They filled up our water bottles when we left and provided us transport down the hill on a very hot day, which was very appreciated.

Emanuel was wonderful right from the start and organized a pick up/drop off from the airport and a golf cart rental Clean, close to restaurants, private dock, can't wait to come back soon.
