The staff was so attentive and lovely. The place is well cared for. Our room was damaged with the Sara storm and we were therefore upgraded for most of the nights to a 3 bedroom house with a shared swimming pool. It was just outstanding. The house was tastefully decorated, had everything you need, including loads of towels, the kitchen is well appointed, including a fountain with drinking water. We then moved back to a 2-bedroom apartment which is what we had originally booked, still with access to the pool. Still great kitchen, drinking water, all toiletries. Super clean. Housekeeping is done daily and the team is absolutely lovely. We were totally delighted. Breakfast is great and they offer a different special every day. The location is incredible, close everything but quiet and we used the free bikes to move around. We loved it so much that we extended our stay

Owner are super helpful, gave us tips of how to get to the island, are responding fast. Totally recommend the stay.

Situato nella Penisola di Placencia, il Maya Beach Hotel offre un ristorante, una piscina aperta tutto l'anno e sistemazioni di fronte alla spiaggia. Gorgeous, tranquil place to stay. Waking up 10m from the water was something special. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the restaurant had so many delicious food options. We used the complimentary bikes to cycle to Placencia, great to have the option but it was definitely a hot cycle! 😅

Emanuel was wonderful right from the start and organized a pick up/drop off from the airport and a golf cart rental Clean, close to restaurants, private dock, can't wait to come back soon. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for some privacy, yet still want to be near the heart of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
