Highly recommended.. it was an ordinary day, so twas quiet. the parking, tho not free ($20), was spacious. The staff was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. The place has high ceilings, spacious room and huge bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped - fridge, toaster, coffee market, kettle, microwave and flat top stove. It has also China plates etc. Buy paper goods if you don't want to wash plates.

Tasteful, well designed, high-quality service, great location, and love the little perks like bus tickets, soap choices, robes, coffee and tea options, and of course, paddle handles, delicious cafe in the lobby. Love the photos in the hallway, very thoughtful of keeping hotel visitors busy and entertained. Thank you, it was a great and enjoyable time while we were there. The only thing I would consider adding is a pair of sleepers, especially during winter time. Not everyone is traveling with one, and people were wearing their boots or going barefoot around the hotel and in the pool area. Also, fix the elevator, as it was going extremely slow or stopping/missing floors.

The hotel was in a great location and finished to a great standard. Room sizes were really spacious and high specification. Bed was super comfy and service from the staff was great.

Situated within 200 metres of Waterfront Centre Mall Vancouver and Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre, EXchange Hotel Vancouver features rooms with air conditioning. Free WiFi is available. The customer service of this hotel is top notch. Gym is spacious with everything you need for a nice workout. There is an Illy coffee machine in the room and good quality toiletries. There is also a very nice onsite restaurant aside from others that are within the vicinity. The location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations, restaurants, money exchange, shopping center. This hotel is one reason I would go back to Vancouver.
