Staff was super fun and friendly. Beautiful hotel and gardens. Location is superb, close to square, restaurants (we loved the hotel’s restaurant the best!), and locked parking a few feet down the road. Definitely recommend!

Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

Great hotel with very comfortable beds. Having the entrance from the hotel directly to the massive food hall/restaurant floor of the shopping centre is perfect. Great breakfast.

Set on the shores of a lagoon, Hotel Boutique Casa Werner offers accommodation in Llanquihue. Free WiFi access is available here. Breakfast is included. Lots of character and great ambiance. Decent linens on the bed. Nice view of the garden from our superior double room. Good breakfast and lovely setup with tablecloths and china.

Staff were super friendly and quite a few spoke English very well. Location is great - near to central market area and beach. We had some laundry done and we got back on the same day as we dropped off. Beds were probably most comfortable we’ve experienced in a while.

Situated in Valparaíso, Hotel Winebox features accommodation with private terraces. Buffet breakfast options are available every morning at the accommodation. The use of shipping containers to construct a hotel is absolutely amazing. (4 floors high!!) I loved reading the history of the creator of this design - a New Zealander who got his idea after the 2011 earthquake in Auckland, when the city resorted to repurposing/reusing what they had to rebuild structure. I wandered around for my first 3 hours on the property, just taking photos, with my mouth agape, in awe. The complimentary breakfast, was one of the best I've ever eaten ANYWHERE. So many choices, such delicious home-made granola, all just extraordinary. The plants, the combination of colors, everything was just awe-inspiring. Also, the support staff, were incredibly kind, helpful, and English-proficient. They went out of their ways to be helpful, which I very much appreciated as a 71 year old woman.
