I have stayed here twice and really enjoyed it. The views from the public terrace of Sao Filipe are stunning. I stayed in the luxury room 10 two nights and it was so beautiful with a very high ceiling, a full two door window that opens to purple bougainvillea and the same gorgeous view as the terrace. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have tried in my life, firm but still soft. The workers are nice and helpful if you need any help planning a trip to the volcano, etc. The owner is generous and kind and the atmosphere among the staff is comfortable. Breakfast is a fancy version of a typical Cabo Verde breakfast: white bread, boiled eggs, guava jelly, Fogo traditional cheese, papaya, etc. The location is in the heart of Sao Filipe and walking distance to all the restaurants and the black beach.

The environmentally positive features and philosophy. The cleanliness and absolute comfort of the unit. The wonderful decor.

This is why you don't give 10 when you rate places - because you can't give 11 to places like this. Absolutely amazing place. The hosts, Dani and Guy, are so nice. The food is amazing and the location is incredible. My best recommendation ever!

An absolutely must when visiting Santo Antao. Beautiful hostel, with an amazing atmosphere, and Liana, who is the owner was amazing. From the food to advise about where to go and what to do. It was a great base to go hiking in the area, and we ended up staying for 5 days. Absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend to stay here!

After a long tour of Cabo Verde, it good to relax in the high of Fogo. Swimming pool, nice campaign around. Very peace full. Very comfortable bed. Nice and cool place. Efficient team. The lovely owner and the staff went above and beyond to help us out with a flight issue, that we are beyond grateful for. A delicious breakfast too :)
