I have stayed here twice and really enjoyed it. The views from the public terrace of Sao Filipe are stunning. I stayed in the luxury room 10 two nights and it was so beautiful with a very high ceiling, a full two door window that opens to purple bougainvillea and the same gorgeous view as the terrace. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have tried in my life, firm but still soft. The workers are nice and helpful if you need any help planning a trip to the volcano, etc. The owner is generous and kind and the atmosphere among the staff is comfortable. Breakfast is a fancy version of a typical Cabo Verde breakfast: white bread, boiled eggs, guava jelly, Fogo traditional cheese, papaya, etc. The location is in the heart of Sao Filipe and walking distance to all the restaurants and the black beach.

Boasting a terrace, bar and views of city, Ocean Suites is situated in Santa Maria, 100 metres from Praia de Santa Maria. Breakfast was perfect, great choice of options and great service.

Aiaga Casa da Djedja asub Mindelos Sao Vicente piirkonnas, 1,3 km kaugusel Praia Da Laginhast ja 600 meetri kaugusel Torre de Belemist. Very nicely decorated guesthouse with a beautiful inner yard. It is located about 15 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. There are some good restaurants around. The beds were comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Staff are absolutely lovely and friendly. We will remember their smiles.

After a long tour of Cabo Verde, it good to relax in the high of Fogo. Swimming pool, nice campaign around. Very peace full. Very comfortable bed. Nice and cool place. Efficient team. Everything was great-the ambiance, the kindness and conviviality of the owner and the location. She was so helpful for planning a hike, making travel arrangements, making drinks. All major sites and the beach are within walking distance. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. The jacuzzi on the rooftop at the bar are a major plus. Nice way to enjoy Mindelo weather in a relaxing way.

The food is amazing and the location is incredible. My best recommendation ever!
