The hotel facilities are absolutely wonderful with very high standards across the property but what was really exceptional here was the quality of service. Every single staff member was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive. We’ve been to world class hotels around the world but the hospitality here was a notch above the rest. Special shout out to Zina who attended to us at Calypso and Grill Room (sister hotel Amathus restaurants). Beyond her exceeding professionalism is a genuine warmth and caring for guests. Her passion for ensuring our comfort and her attentiveness go beyond any industry standard. Zina truly made our stay more memorable and we are grateful for her incredible service. Additionally, Nina at breakfast, along with the whole team, really went above and beyond the call of duty. Again, exceptional service by everyone - Colors, Seasons Asian, Vista and at the pool and beach.

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed – from a comfortable bed and fresh linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Amenities worked perfectly I appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amathus! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The beach was stunning, and the facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The restaurant deserves special mention – the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. What really stood out to us was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay great, always meeting our requests with a smile and ensuring we were well taken care of. Traveling with a 10-month-old baby can be challenging, but the resort staff made it incredibly easy for us. Our baby doesn't eat anything with salt, and they kindly cooked separate meals for him twice a day, without any additional charge. This level of care and consideration was truly heartwarming and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway. We can't wait to return!

There are many things that made our stay really good with a baby like the ease of access to the beach from the rooms. Same elevator takes you from rooms to breakfast to lobby to the pool and beach. Being able to reserve our sunbeds in the garden for the entire stay was great. The sandy beach front is public (and so beautiful) and you have to pay around 7 euros to reserve 2 sunbeds and an unbrella. The service of the pool restaurant was amazing and the food is really good with many options. It was my birthday so they got me a cake to the room. Every single staff member was beyond great and welcoming. They made sure we were happy our entire stay. We had a small problem when we got there but the manager and team directly fixed it and were very sorry for what happened. The location of the hotel is beautiful and very close to the market. I would definitely come back and can't recommend enough this hotel.

The service. The reception (Alex and Christina.. Julien) and the restaurant (nikitas and Robert) they made our stay fantastic.
