The stuff was very nice, they helped us in everything. The beds were very comfortable!!! We could sleep very well. The view from the roof is mesmerazing. Nice breakfast! We had an awsome stay in Giza

The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Everything! Not a single issue. First and foremost, I’ve never seen such friendly staff. I’ve been to so many hotels and resorts around the world and I’ve never met such friendly, helpful staff. Everyone wanted to make sure that we’re having an exceptional stay, from the reception to the housekeeping to the waiters/waitresses to the chefs and everyone else. Ms. Massaouda was the superstar. She reached out to me before my arrival, helped us with early check-in, gave us an in-depth review of all the facilities, always checked in on us to make sure we’re happy and helped us with a late check-out. Other than the staff, the resort has a huge number of facilities and entertainment that suited our entire family’s age groups. The activities at the kids club and the every night shows were spectacular. Last but not least, the food was exceptional. A huge variety and wonderful taste. Thanks to Jaz Asteria’s whole team! This trip will be memorable!

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

The owners, Michael and Bassant are super awesome, I was a solo Traveller but I felt at my intimate friends' home.. The place is a peaceful heaven on earth

Comfort Inn Pyramids Hotel was the best decision I made for my stay in Giza. The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk to the entrance of the pyramids. From the rooftop terrace, the view of the pyramids and the Sphinx is simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always available to help with anything I needed, from arranging taxis to booking guided tours. Their genuine friendliness made me feel safe and cared for. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with strong Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast was fresh and filling every morning, with a good balance of local and international dishes. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. A true gem in Giza — definitely 10/10.

I really liked the hotel for its prime location, elegant design, and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The natural light, quality finishes, and beautiful surroundings make it feel both luxurious and comfortable.

Finally I made my trip to Egypt, Egypt is really the country of civilization. Wow, I started to book a hotel in Cairo, and the hotel " Suzana pyramids hotel " caught my eyes, lovely pictures on their website that's why I decided to pick up this hotel and let's see how will it going? At first the manager of the hotel made a contact with me by welcoming me and offered me a shuttle to pick up me from the airport to the hotel, then offered me some of activities that I can make via the hotel, at first I accepted everything and I asked him for a shuttle for picking me up. When I arrived the airport of Cairo I started to smell the fresh air of Egypt, then I finished my all procedures inside the airport and when I get out I found the driver is waiting for me outside the airport with a sign that includes my name and the hotel name, me and the Cap moved to the hotel, and the driver was so nice and he can speak English too. When I arrived at the hotel, everything was perfect, the building of the hotel is historical one, you can see a lot of supermarkets downstairs, candy shops, cafe shops, pharmacies..etc . Also this hotel is too close to the Egyptian museum, the Nile river, old Cairo..etc. Then I get in the hotel and the reception was very clean and new, the receptionist was so nice and started to me the procedures of check in quickly, and he taked to me about the activities that make by the hotel because the offer you a private car, private cap driver, private guide ( they actually have a variety of guides in a different languages) For my room, it was so new and spacious, the furniture of my room was so cool, everything inside the room or outside are the same pictures on booking, so pictures on booking are matching with pictures the reality. The next day I decided to take Giza pyramids tour and dinner cruise tour at night, I started my day with a good breakfast with a fresh air+ hot Egyptian tea.
