The friendliness of the staff goes beyond what we’ve ever experienced elsewhere. They kept on checking up on us to make sure that everything was perfect. They paid attention to every detail. The attention to details in the construction and decoration of the property is also worth mentioning. The property is gorgeous and very elegant.

The staff at the hotel were very cordial and prompt with services. The breakfast at the rooftop was good. It was not a buffet spread but it met all the basic requirements pretty much. The view of Pyramids while having breakfast made it extra special for us. We also went up after dinner and were treated with complimentary hibiscus tea and musk melons :) Also, the hotel organised pick up and drop from the airport for us which was all very well coordinated.
