Very friendly and helpful people at reception. They did soooo much to help, and gave great advice. There's no breakfast at the hotel (we didn't go to their restaurant right across the street, but it looked reasonable.) Location outside of Madrid, not far from airport. Metro is 10mins away on foot. Nice parking area. Clean.

The beds were both very comfortable and spacious, we slept and rested very well. There was free coffee every day and every hour. The location was a little far from the center, but we never had any transportation problems. We knew that anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us.
