If you are looking for a comfortable, centrally located accommodation, managed by the kindest people, please look no further. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with a stunning view. Food was of great quality and prepared with love. Couldn't recommend this place more. Mr. Gashaw, was kind, attentive, caring and very knowledgeable of the area.

SunView Hotel got great customer service and the hospitality is amazing. The restaurant is excellent. The room was so quiet which helped deep sleep. The manager was available to listen and fixed things discussed at the spot. The hotel is located close to the airport and they provide shuttle service. Overall, it is one of the best places to come again and again.

Our stay at Lodge Du Chateau was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible team who went above and beyond to make our trip special. 1. Above-and-Beyond Assistance:When our luggage was lost by the airline, Simon and Tesema helped us communicate with the airline and tracked it down. They even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the hotel the next day—such a relief! 2. Delicious Breakfast with a View: The breakfast was amazing, with so many choices, and enjoying it on the beautiful rooftop terrace with views of Gonder was the perfect way to start each day. 3. Local Experiences & Great Company: Tesema took us on a guided walk to the local market, which was so much fun! We even had a wonderful dinner together—it felt like being with family. 4. Helpful Travel Tips: Tesema gave us great advice about exploring Gonder and Ethiopia, making our travels much smoother and more enjoyable. 5. A Comfortable & Welcoming Stay: The entire team made us feel at home. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay unforgettable. 6. Safe & Wonderful Destination: Gonder is a safe and fascinating city to visit, and we can’t wait to return—especially to stay at Lodge Du Chateau again! I had a wonderful time at Jano Hotel and can truly recommend it to everyone. The hotel is new, stylishly designed, very cozy, and perfectly located. My room was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious – but what truly made my stay special was the outstanding service. A very special thank you goes to Michael, who impressed me with his kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Absolutely loved my stay at honey Land hotel! The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location close to everything I wanted to see in Lalibela. They even helped me arrange transportation, and tour for Lalibela churches and surrounding which made things so easy. I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend staying honey Land Hotel!!
