Situated in quiet Runavík, a few hundred metres from the tunnel to go to Tórshavn, nice spacious room, very good pressure at the shower, excellent breakfast and extremely helpful staff, thank you very much for your hospitality and help (Annika and I don’t remember the name of the other lady). If we visit Faroe Islands again, we will definitely stay at Runavik hotel.

Molins Guesthouse is a perfect place to switch off and immerse yourself in the wild nature. You can hear the wild birds whistling and you feel at home from the very first minute thanks to the hosts. The hosts give the guesthouse an extra nice charm. If you've read John Streleky's book “The Cafe at the End of the World” then you know what you're in for. We had great conversations, were able to explore Faroer Island away from the tourist crowds and, most importantly, we were able to switch off and relax. Thanks again to the hosts who made our stay unforgettable. The guesthouse is new and up to date, you feel comfortable and have a view of the sea. The dinner in the restaurant is first class and Sandoy is the perfect island to explore everything. We look forward to seeing you again!

The hotel is located in the center of Torshavn. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The free WiFi connection is very fast. The room is spacious and has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. There is tea maker in the room. The bathroom is modernly designed. The breakfast is very good. Because I checked out early in the morning, the hotel staff prepared me a breakfast box. The hotel collaborates with a taxi company offering very good airport transfer services.

Convenient location and parking. The hotel is clean, our room was spacious and well appointed, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional! The free glass of wine daily (5-6pm) was wonderful!

This Vágar Island hotel is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Sørvágur, just a 2-minute walk from Vágar Airport. It offers free parking and impressive views of the landscape. Absolutely fabulous food. I would really recommend it and if I'm ever in Faroe's I'll definitely come back there again I really appreciate how helpful the staff was and that I could come back to the hotel several times even though I booked only 1 night. They really helped me.

Pěkný, čistý, dostatečně vybavený a celkově k hostům přátelský hotel. Pokoj byl velký, koupelna zcela nová a čistá. Snídaně až překvapivě na místní poměry bohatá a různorodá. Hotel je prakticky v centru města. Poměr cena - výkon zcela nepřekonatelný v dané lokalitě.

My dad and I had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Hafnia in mid-January, despite the challenging journey to get there (hats off to the pilots navigating through the Faroese winds and low visibility!). Situated in the heart of Tórshavn and steeped in rich history since its founding in 1951, the hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the charming capital. The rooms provided a cosy and welcoming retreat from the winter chill, while thoughtful touches, such as a stunning wall-sized photo collage that captured the essence of Faroese culture, added an extra layer of charm. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast buffet, offering a delectable array of options to fuel a day of adventures. We even joked that the royal-like flush of the toilet added a touch of grandeur to our mornings, complemented by the sleekest toilet brush we've ever seen! The staff were exceptional – friendly, attentive, and always ready to enhance our experience, making the stay feel personal and warm. As for nearby activities, we highly recommend a day trip to the picturesque island of Nólsoy or to Kirkjubøur – a lovely village steeped in history and nature. However, be mindful of bus schedules; ours departed ahead of time, leaving us stranded! Thankfully, a generous local couple saved the day, driving us back in time for our wine hour—an unforgettable laugh-about-it-later moment.

Tento klidný designový hotel má přírodní travnatou střechu, která ladí s okolní krajinou. Všechny pokoje mají výhled na fjord Nólsoy a 2 km vzdálené centrum Tórshavnu. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Krásný, nový pokoj. Veliký výběr snídaně. Byli jsme velmi mile překvapeni, až nás mrzelo, že jsme tam měli jen jednu noc.
