Situated in quiet Runavík, a few hundred metres from the tunnel to go to Tórshavn, nice spacious room, very good pressure at the shower, excellent breakfast and extremely helpful staff, thank you very much for your hospitality and help (Annika and I don’t remember the name of the other lady). If we visit Faroe Islands again, we will definitely stay at Runavik hotel.

This Vágar Island hotel is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Sørvágur, just a 2-minute walk from Vágar Airport. It offers free parking and impressive views of the landscape. Very comfortable room with all facilities. You can walk down the airport in 10 minutes.

Location is fine as it is just off a main road, but it is a little way from the town centre although right next to the wonderful football stadium. The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of choice for breakfast with everything stocked and fresh. The staff were brilliant. Every one of them, particularly the two lovely receptionists who were on duty the days of the 2nd Evior concert. Lovely people.

Staying at Molin Guesthouse was a highlight of our trip. The studio room and bathroom was super stylish and modern and warm. Immaculately appointed and clean.The bed was so comfortable! This is THE place to stay in Sandoy - a lovely island but there are not many places to dine. Molin Guesthouse in Skálavík right by the water has a restaurant, cafe and hotel all on site. All excellent. They provided us with breakfast, lunch if required and evening meals. Our hosts went above and beyond with exceptional service. We learned so much about the local history and were made so welcome. Thank you so much! An absolute gem.

Il buffet ridotto nella quantità, ma non nella qualità. Consiglio il ristorante dell’hotel. Oltre al menu mi sono stati offerti piatti alternativi (sono vegetariana).

La colazione è ottima: varia e con prodotti buoni. Comodo raggiungere il centro città sia a piedi che in auto.
