The location is great, in a quiet area, close to all attractions, a few minutes walk to the Liberty Square and Galeria mall, and short walk to other attractions. The staff were very kind, thanks to Nino, she helped us reserve a table for a nice dinner with wonderful folklore dance and songs in a very good restaurant with amazing view. Staff at the breakfast were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was also good with an additional menu of Georgian breakfast to choose from. The rooms were also clean

The service was absolutely impeccable—every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. My room was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The breakfast is simply excellent. We had dinner there once – everything was delicious as well. The location is great, and the staff is attentive and always ready to help when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. Overall, everything is top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room.

I want to thank the excellent staff of this hotel. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and on top of it they surprised me with a sweet serenade and a cake. This made me really very happy. The hotel, area and staff and cleanliness is 10/10.
