The hotel was one of the main highlights of our stay. Staff is polite, friendly and helpful which is a very unusual thing in Georgia. They all spoke both English and Russian, helped us book a transfer to Kazbegi. Always smiled and greeted us when we were back to hotel.The rooms are beautiful with extraordinary design ( we stayed in Superior double room), the only issue with the room is there are no windows. Location is perfect.Their restaurant at 7th floor is magnificent with terrace and delicious food. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are in Tbilisi.

The location is great, and the staff is attentive and always ready to help when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. Overall, everything is top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room.
