Great location to everything on Oxford street. Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

Love the design of the place. The bed is soooo comfortable. My favourite part was the helpful staff. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We liked the convenient location next to the market, a big shop, restaurant (Gidipass) and bar. Our rooms were comfortable, had good AC and a fridge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. They helped us with the luggage and any questions we had.

It also provides a panoramic view of town and castle. The a-la-carte breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise, and food was overall good and tasty. It's a new place which is beautifully furnished and decorated. Our room had a small balcony, which was perfect to watch the sunrise.

The room was clean and the place looked neat and simple. It actually exceeded my expectations. All the needed amenities were there and the receptionist was professional.
