Chef Maki’s foods and the amazing view! People were friendly! The room I stayed at was very very clean! Unlimited coffee was the best!

Amazing place, super friendly staff, I even got gluten free buns packed for me for travel, that was super nice. It was cheaper than other hotels. There was kettle in the room, huge bonus.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! We spent 5 nights here and felt completely at home. The location is perfect in Ilulissat. The starting points of individual tours are easily accessible (also on foot), supermarkets are nearby. Various hiking trails start directly behind the hotel at the small power station, from where you have a perfect view of Disko Bay. From the balcony of the hotel we could see auroras and icebergs. The staff was super friendly and fulfilled our every wish. We would definitely come here again on another trip to Ilulissat! Beautiful hotel! 11 out of 10! :D

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The sea view room I booked was nothing short of breathtaking! The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the room itself was impeccably designed and well-equipped, offering everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcome and at ease. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they took the time to ensure all my needs were met with patience and care. It really made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The room was good size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I was looking forward to breakfast every day. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

High room’s standard, the view! Fantastic breakfast. Staff! Location! Just in the middle of everything.

We use Hotel Nuka as our base in Ilulissat, among various settlement stays in the Disko Bay. Hotel Nuka is an authentic hotel in the heart of Ilulissat. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is fully equipped and has a small kitchen to cook if you wish. The staff is friendly, too friendly. We felt like home. They provide transfers and pickup rides. This is too convenient. Hotel Nuka does not have view on the icebergs. But we didn't care about that. Because we choose other settlements stays for view.

Breakfast was great. I loved the boiled egg machine, the coffee was great as well as the selection of breads, meats, cheeses. I also enjoyed the fresh fruit. overall the breakfast was perfect for what wee needed.

Getting to Nuuk can be a real difficulty given the weather--we were delayed by several days coming from Iceland due to multiple canceled flights. But the hotel staff were very understanding, and we were not penalized at all. We found the staff to be kind and caring, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. This is a winner.

Staff was exceptional nice, warming and efficient. It is probably the best reception staff I have ever met in all the years of travel. Rooms were spacious enough and the views were very nice. Breakfast was great and the daily dinner specials were superb value for money.
