Where do I start? Amazing views of the ice fjords from your room to such caring hotel hosts who pick you up and drop you off at the airport - everything here was beyond what we had expected. The room was big and so neat! Early check-in and late check-out was also handled very congenially.

It felt like a comfortable and safe peaceful home area environment! The owners were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay! The housekeeper was also very friendly and her work ethics are amazing!
I also liked the fact that I could look out the bedroom window or lay down in bed and see the northern lights!

The location was perfect; the staff was immensely helpful; and the breakfast was amazing! The staff that runs the breakfast even assisted us with an earlier breakfast to go so we could eat prior to a tour. The hotel staff monitor flights and were quick to respond and provide assistance when our flight suddenly changed. The room had a stove and basic supplies for cooking, the bathroom was nice with heated floors, and the shower provided ample room to move around. I worked remotely while staying here and had no issues with the wifi/bandwidth.

The staff. Checking in, the lady was super friendly. Also, we asked if we could cut our stay short due to a change in our flights and the staff easily made this happen which was fantastic, and they refunded that night's stay quickly.
