Despite the cold December in Ilulissat, we stayed warm and cozy in this comfortable hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a great price. The young woman at the reception was very friendly, and the airport shuttle was very convenient. It's a shame we couldn't try the restaurant, which has great reviews, as it was closed. I hope to return one day.

Also, we asked if we could cut our stay short due to a change in our flights and the staff easily made this happen which was fantastic, and they refunded that night's stay quickly.

From the personal airport pick-up to the remarkable extension om account of a canceled flight, the staff and especially the hotel manager were absolutely tops.

Great cafeteria with large selection and very reasonable prices. Good breakfast and nice room. Nice views from outdoor areas and a nice common lounge
