The staff here is wonderful. They are all very kind - the bar and restaurant, room housekeeping attendants (specifically Alex), Arrison the gardener, and front desk (Riquita). Everyone was very helpful and always asking how my day ways and making sure I was enjoying Gambia. The accomodations are great value. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and facilites, great location, and beautiful pool with beach views. The rooms are very spacious and pretty and the house keeping attendants do a great job cleaning every day. My room attendant, Alex, made beautiful flower designs each day and was very friendly and polite. If i was in the room working he was very mindful and did not disturb me. Wifi was not bad. About 10 Mbps by the pool but I wouldn't rely on it for seamless service. Video calls weren't always perfect but I had no issue getting an africell sim card and connecting my phone to my laptop for video calls. I was able ti work and there were many others working remotely from the hotel besides me. Conveniently located in a central part of Gambia and although the prices are a bit high the taxis and bicycles are right outside the hotel for convenience. At one point I did forget my watch on my pool chair and the pool attendant came to deliver it to me in my room, very kind.

Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. owners and personal really very friendly; good room (big, clean and quiet) , good beds and pillows, good and quiet airco; very quiet location; very nice garden with swimming pool; even in the garden you see tropical birds and monkeys; good breakfast; very good restaurant; expectations were far exceeded; NB bring cash money to change for expenses outside the hotel (usually we don't do this)

Set in Serekunda, 1.7 km from Bijilo Beach, RoofTop Boutique Hotel Adults Only offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar. After visiting 70 countries, I can say that this hotel was one of the most charming I've ever stayed in. Really very beautiful spaces / very helpful team / incredible personality and extremely big heart of the owner. Everything here is well thought out, whatever question, situation, or preference you might have. Nice breakfast, hotel also can arrange airport pickup or dropff. Some say the location is a bit remote, but in reality, it's just around a 20-minute walk to Senegambia and even less to the Monkey Park. During my stay, I never needed to use a taxi. Some commented about strange people on the way, but I - as a solo female traveler - did not face anything of real concern (only people saying hi or trying to sell you something, but that happens everywhere around Senegambia). Also, in the area, just a few minutes away, there are a couple of small minimarkets and a restaurant with really nice food. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The staff at this resort are truly amazing! Second time staying here and love everything about it. The Beach view from your room is unreal too!

Tamala Beach Resort is truly impressive — the design is beautiful, the location is ideal, and the surrounding scenery is stunning. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and responsive, which adds greatly to the overall experience. The food is enjoyable, and the facilities meet expectations. Everything was great, aside from some minor signs of wear and tear.

Outside of the wonderful location, the team at the hotel are some of the most gracious and warmhearted people I’ve ever met. Always a delight to talk to, always happy to help and advice.

Situated in Kololi, 300 metres from Kololi Beach, Bamboo Village Resort features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The staff was amazing they always had a smile on the face from the server, cook, receptionist to the security team. I really felt welcome and I will stay there again. I am personal thanking the two Fatous, servers Muhammed the cook Ous the cook, the server that worked at night sorry I forgot her name. The cleaners were great too!
