Situated in Bijilo, 300 metres from Bijilo Beach, Coco Ocean Resort & Spa features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Everything especially the front desk staff,waitstaff and security team. Khadijah,saruba and Alisa were so professional and diligent when making sure every visitor is checked on their business in being there. They make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Also the waitstaff person Ellen who always pays special attention to detail. That makes guests feel at home. She's a true professional at what she does every day. Please give all your staff a bonus because they work hard and dedicated everyday.

The staff here is wonderful. They are all very kind - the bar and restaurant, room housekeeping attendants (specifically Alex), Arrison the gardener, and front desk (Riquita). Everyone was very helpful and always asking how my day ways and making sure I was enjoying Gambia. The accomodations are great value. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and facilites, great location, and beautiful pool with beach views. The rooms are very spacious and pretty and the house keeping attendants do a great job cleaning every day. My room attendant, Alex, made beautiful flower designs each day and was very friendly and polite. If i was in the room working he was very mindful and did not disturb me. Wifi was not bad. About 10 Mbps by the pool but I wouldn't rely on it for seamless service. Video calls weren't always perfect but I had no issue getting an africell sim card and connecting my phone to my laptop for video calls. I was able ti work and there were many others working remotely from the hotel besides me. Conveniently located in a central part of Gambia and although the prices are a bit high the taxis and bicycles are right outside the hotel for convenience. At one point I did forget my watch on my pool chair and the pool attendant came to deliver it to me in my room, very kind.

The aesthetics and the food!!! The staffs were so kind Especially Mary at breakfast , Pamz at the gym and Emily at the reception, Mariam at dinner… they all made my stay a wonderful experience 🥰 I’m definitely coming back🥰

Ókeypis Wi-Fi Internet er í boði á öllum svæðum. owners and personal really very friendly; good room (big, clean and quiet) , good beds and pillows, good and quiet airco; very quiet location; very nice garden with swimming pool; even in the garden you see tropical birds and monkeys; good breakfast; very good restaurant; expectations were far exceeded; NB bring cash money to change for expenses outside the hotel (usually we don't do this)

The hotel looks and feels like a beautiful and quiet oasis of luxery! The owner Urban and his staff made our stay very pleasant, thank you so much!! We will be back!

Situated in Kololi, 300 metres from Kololi Beach, Bamboo Village Resort features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The staff was amazing they always had a smile on the face from the server, cook, receptionist to the security team. I really felt welcome and I will stay there again. I am personal thanking the two Fatous, servers Muhammed the cook Ous the cook, the server that worked at night sorry I forgot her name. The cleaners were great too!
