Clean, comfortable, spacious room, great bed. Large territory of the hotel, excellent swimming pool, bar. Good location, lots of places to relax nearby. beach. bus stop.

The rooms had a such an eye for the important details in a room: well appointed bathroom (loved the toiletries), stocked coffee and tea service, comfortable bedding, a working desk, plenty of storage, good WiFi, and outlets where you needed them. The hotel has a great gym and pool area. The neighborhood is vibrant with lots of local restaurants within a short walk. That said, the best part of the Tano is the staff. They were so kind and helpful from the moment I was picked up at the airport until I was driven back at the end of my stay. Many thanks Axel, Haven, and Ara. You are magical.

Guam Plaza Resort & Spa offers accommodation in Tumon, 5 minutes' walk from a range of shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a dip in the pool or a meal at the on-site restaurant. The hotel location was perfect for my visit. The rooms, the beds are very comfortable and clean! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Set on the pristine white, sandy beaches of central Tumon Bay, Crowne Plaza Guam is the ideal hotel for your next Micronesian vacation. Staff was outstanding. Facilities were great. Breakfast was spectacular.
