Very professional and very friendly staff that made us feel welcome, a very clean and comfortable room (with nice interior design), a very convenient location. A truly fantastic place, highly recommended!

The sea view is awesome, simply awesome. The hotel isn't exactly facing Hong Kong island but I can see the BOC building. The pool isn't on the top floor but it does have a great view. The Red Sugar bar also has a live DJ playing amazing music on an outdoor terrace. The hotel chef also makes amazing omelets.

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... Really Clean, modern and fantastic location

Directly connected to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and a 5-8 minute walk from Exhibition Centre MTR Station and Star Ferry Pier, the luxurious Grand Hyatt Hong Kong offers a... Everything was superb , but I was in the corner suite , whoever designed the light switches etc made them so difficult to see without wearing glasses but otherwise it was a nice experience for my quests too

Situated at Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong, K11 ARTUS is only a few steps away from K11 MUSEA and Avenue of Stars. Awesome location with beautiful views of Hong Kong. We are family of 5 and we got the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms room and it was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and had provided us excellent services. We would like to stay at K11 ARTUS again when we visit HK next time.

A special thank you goes to Priscila Ochoa, who truly went above and beyond. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my entire stay. From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts – world-class service, fantastic dining, and stunning design. The property was very conveniently located to the MTR station less than five minutes walk. All under cover walkway. There were plenty of food outlets next the hotel….particularly the recently constructed South Side mall.
