Comfortable and cozy rooms with excellent bathroom, kind and diligent personnel, superb a-la-carté breakfast, good location close to the city center, parking spots right in front of the hotel. A good choice of various rooms, and many little details everywhere making the stay nicer.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The personnel was kind and helpful, they even decorated our room for my daughter. The location was perfect, short ride to the center or the other way. Zagreb is a busy city, but the noise did not bother us. It’s the Zagreb charm.

Large room, very comfortable & very stylish. Clean. Location is fine if you are with the car. Great paid parking which is an advantage. Attentive staff.

The staff are extremely helpful. They upgraded my room and allowed me to check in early. They helped me with numerous queries about restaurants and travel options around the Dalmatian Coast. The rooms are spacious, quiet and the coffee maker is a good touch. Bottled water and excellent toiletries along with fluffy towels, robe and slippers are available. The location is a bonus. You are in the core of the old town. Breakfast had an abundant selection of food groups to choose from and the coffee was excellent. The lobby has a nice ambiance and the A/C invites you to sit a while after the heat and hussle outside. The terrace leading on to the plaza is a great spot to sip a cool refreshing beverage and listen to good stories, making magic memories.

Art'otel Zagreb, Powered by Radisson Hotels asub Zagrebis, 200 meetri kaugusel Zagrebi arheoloogiamuuseumist. Everything was amazing!! We were welcomed by the most kind staff and everything in our stay was great. Location is perfect, facilities great and breakfast delicious! 100% recommend to stay in this hotel!
