Very nice hotel located in the mall. Room was very clean and a lovely breakfast. There was a parlour where you could go and relax with complimentary drinks

We stayed upstairs in the penthouse suite, it was wonderful! The balcony on it was huge, the room was a great size with 2 bathrooms. Sound system to play music was great, and big televisions. Breakfast was good, their avo on toast was delicious. Coffee was good. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and food was good quality, would be nice to have more options though. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to all popular sites.

My wife and I have been guests for 15 years and have always liked the convenience. Of course since the recent reno the prices have gone up but it is still a great value in Dublin. We'll be coming back again and again.

Breakfast was superb, with a nice buffet (bread and pastries, various mueslis, some fruit, cheese etc,) and a very good selection of hot breakfasts to choose from in addition. Room was spacious, comfy and most importantly: cozy and warm. Complimentary water, tea and coffee (including cookies) were much appreciated. Staff was wonderful - genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
