The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

Offering two rooftop heated swimming pools separate for adults and families, two restaurants and a spa and wellness center, The Panoramic Getaway is located in scenic hill station of Munnar. There are many things which I like about the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is very scenic, reminding me of Austria and Switzerland. Their services are speedy and the staff are generous and helpful. We arrived quite late at midnight and forgot to bring baby milk but on request to the staff, they arranged it even though the restaurant was closed. The best part I liked about the hotel was the food. We stayed for 5 days and on each day they had something new on the breakfast menu. The food was overall very delicious. The swimming pools are well maintained. You will definitely enjoy the view from the infinity pool. And with the family and baby, we also had a great time in the indoor activity area. The location is also very good, quite close to the main attractions.

Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. Everything in this gem of a hotel is fantastic. We love this place and keep coming back!

Il Pearl Palace Heritage - The Boutique guesthouse si trova nell'area di Japur e offre sistemazioni in stile tradizionale e alcuni servizi gratuiti, quali il WiFi in tutto l'edificio e un parcheggio... The place is amazing in every way, it seems you are staying in a palace. The decorations are incredible. The bed, bathroom and food was perfect. The owner of the hotel has another hotel 4 blocks away so I walked there one day to have dinner and it was also very good, it is located in a very nice neighbourhood. If I ever come back I would definitely stay here again.
