This is a very authentic home run by a lovely bunch of individuals! Vikram, his father and team went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are quaint, clean and have everything you need. They also offer food options most of the day - we ate home-cooked dinner twice as it was delicious, but also because it saves the search for a restaurant and navigating traffic in busy Jaipur! I would 100% stay here again!

The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

The staff provided exceptional care, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs at every step. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The suite itself was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and uniquely special. I was seeking a hotel that reflected Indian culture and style, and this was the perfect choice. The food was outstanding, which was especially important to me since I have a very sensitive stomach and follow a gluten- and lactose-free diet due to celiac disease. The restaurant provided delicious, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that met all my dietary requirements, and I didn’t face any difficulties.
