Excellent quiet location, comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast and other hotel facilities (they do have an outdoor tub, but we didn't try it, maybe next time). Also we loved the little orangery where you can sit and have a snack and glance outside at the gorgeous Icelandic scenery. Should also be great for seeing the aurora. The hotel staff is great and provide you with excellent tips for your travels (we got a great tip on where to purchase real quality wool garments, thanks again!)

This hotel is quietly situated 2 km from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings. Amazing! Location perfect, staff incredible! Best stay of the whole trip! ❤️ Restaurant was also amazing!

Siglo Hotel by Keahotels in Siglufjörður has 4-star accommodation with a terrace and a bar. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. One of my favorite location in the world. And as guide, I travel a lot. Superlative for everything: location, staff, food, breakfast.

Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodation 5 km from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. Väga sõbralik personal, kellega oli väga mõnus ka maailmas toimuvast rääkida ja nad teadsid täpselt, kus meie Eesti asub :) Ilusad suured ja puhtad toad imelise järvevaatega!!! Nii õhtul restoranis kui ka hommikusöögilauas olid väga maitsvad toidud. Veelkord - meie lemmik! ;)
