Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodation 5 km from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. Super location! Very kind and helpful staff. Amazing location.

Absolutely LOVED everything about this hotel. It was classy and modern, but didn't scream 'luxury' in your face. Super quiet, secluded and enwrapped in nature. Fantastic hot tub. Food, staff, vibe, music - everything was just perfect. We would come here to stay for a week to completely unwind. The hike to the waterfalls (ask the staff) was so worth it - so many waterfalls up the hill, one after another! Location is truly far from everything, but it wasn't a problem for us. We enjoyed the road 52 in itself.

The outdoor jackuzi and sauna was incredible. Very nice breakfast. There were local delicacies, and they were delicious. Also the interior architecture was very nice. Our best location during our stay.

Nastanitev Siglo Hotel by Keahotels s 4 zvezdicami je v mestu Siglufjörður in ponuja teraso ter bar. We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our visit truly enjoyable. The breakfast was perfect, with wide variety of food. We highly recommend this hotel.

Fosshotel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 6.8 km to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking. Great, modern and comfortable hotel. Room was big, super clean and comfy. Breakfast was great! View from the hotel (front side) is beautiful. This location is great for exploring the north part of Iceland, around Myvatn lake and part of east part of the island.

Situated in Gardur, Lighthouse-Inn offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a sun terrace and sea views. All units feature air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. Lighthouse Inn is a fantastic spot in Gardur only 15mins drive from the airport. We decided not to hire a car and so a taxi cost us about 6000krone from the airport and the next day we bussed into Reykjavik using the public buses. We dined at the hotel restaurant for dinner and were so well looked after by Roberto. The next morning we were treated to a fantastic breakfast! We were hoping to spot the northern lights while out of the city but weren’t lucky this stay but would definitely return again as the Lighthouse Inn feels like such a treat! The lady on reception when we arrived was an absolute delight as well! You won’t be disappointed by a stay here. The facilities are top notch and a walk around the lighthouses is a must, it’s a peaceful and gorgeous place to be.

Set 27 km from Hella and 12 km from Laugaland, Landhotel features a garden, bar and free WiFi. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Jacuzzi outside is a plus. The breakfast was super complete. The receptionist guy was extremely friendly and we were called for the northern lights.
