Perched high in the rolling hills of the Langhe, the views are nothing short of breathtaking — endless vineyards, charming villages, and the snow-dusted Alps shimmering in the distance. Every sunrise felt like a painting, and every sunset like a private performance just for us. What truly makes this place unforgettable are the hosts, Elena and Andreas. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality transform a beautiful hotel into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Elena is wonderfully attentive and incredibly helpful with securing the best restaurant reservations — often at places we would never have found on our own. Andreas is a treasure trove of local knowledge, offering expert advice on tours, wineries, and hidden gems that made our trip even more memorable. Together, they made us feel both cared for and inspired to explore. Our room was an elegant blend of rustic charm and modern comfort: exposed beams, soft linens, and a balcony where we lingered with morning coffee, soaking in the silence and beauty. The bed was heavenly, the bathroom sparkling, and the small details — fresh flowers, locally made toiletries, artisanal chocolates — made it feel deeply personal. The wellness area was a true highlight. The sauna offered the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring, the swimming pool was pristine and perfectly positioned to enjoy panoramic vineyard views, and the whirlpool was pure bliss — a warm, bubbling escape under the open sky. It felt like our own private spa in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast deserves a standing ovation. Each morning, Elena’s beautifully prepared spread of fresh pastries, local cheeses, seasonal fruit, and exceptional coffee set the tone for the day.

Everything! The location , the room , the atmosphere, the view , the food and most important the service and the people that manage the hotel! We will come back to this hotel for sure ! This is one of the best hotel we have been and definitely the best service we had in our life! We like to travel and we have been in many places In the world and this was one of the best !

Claudio was a perfect host. He was really helpful with advice and ensuring that I had everything I needed. The hotel is a beautifully renovated historic building and had been done so very tastefully. The breakfast was amazing. Home made and very tasty. I couldn't have asked for more. I look forward to returning in the summer so I can sit in the garden for a pre-dinner drink or a Sunday brunch!

We had the most gorgeous stay at Antica Masseria while visiting the area for a friends wedding! The place is so picturesque, I couldn’t stop taking photos. Anthony and Andrea were super friendly and attentive hosts, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was super relaxing. They also have a cute dog and cat who are very friendly. My only regret was not making more of the wedding guests stay here with us :) I would definitely return if staying in the area again.

Paola has been a great host, showing us around in the apartment and sharing about the history and sights to see in Golferenzo. She also helped us reserve a table at one of the restaurants she recommended. Breakfast was superb and well thought out.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff gave us such a warm welcome, and the terrace, drinks, and complimentary appetizers were all delightful. Our room was gorgeous, the sunrise was breathtaking, and the golden hour was just as magical. The views were truly stunning.

It is wonderful place. We were greeted by the castle's owner. We were the only guests and were surrounded by care and attention. This is an amazing historical place, and the castle owners put their hearts into preserving it. A walk through the castle with Chiara, who will tell you the history of this place, is a must. The restaurant is delicious and elegant in the evening. I recommend everyone come here.

The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They carried our bags up the steps to the property and to our room and welcomed us with a drink. The hotel was very clean and spacious and very peaceful and quiet to sit out and have breakfast. This is a must visit hotel.

Wow!!! Where to even begin? Our trip to Rome would not have been as magical as it was had it not been for our stay at this spectacular property. This hotel is the definition of boutique luxury in every single meaning of the word. The decor and sign is exquisite. The attention to detail in every aspect is second to none and the cleanliness is unmatched. The food and cocktails are the best we had in Rome! But what we will remember most of all are the exceptional humans that run this hotel. from the front office staff, the concierge team, the serving staff, the porters, the barmen and the housekeepers - all of them are super professional and passionate about their craft and THEY made the Eternal City on of the most spectacular locations and experiences we have ever had. We loved Maalot!

Amazing!! The room, the location and the surrounding! everything was stunning! We ate in the restaurant Saturday evening, it was lovely! Breakfast was also lovely! Cannot fault anything!
