Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked for an extra duvet as the one supplied was too small for us. We immediately got it. Location was superb. Views for a central city hotel were outstanding.

For real - I liked everything, the location is great - 3 min from the Spanish stairs (from above). Between 2 subway stations, close to almost everything within 10 min walk. The room was clean! And so welcoming. The AC and WiFi worked perfectly and we even watched Netflix on the tv. The employees are amazingly nice and friendly. They helped us with things they didn’t have to. And even let us keep our luggage’s on their storage unit for two days. (Because we went to Firenze). If and when I’ll go to Roma again, I’ll definitely gonna go here again. Thanks a lot! We really appreciate it. Ps. There’s a cute old elevator my husband loved it lol

AR Suites&Art er staðsett í Bergamo, 400 metra frá Centro Congressi Bergamo og í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Teatro Donizetti Bergamo. A fabulous get just a quick drive from the airport. The staff was superb and the ambiance was lovely.

II Guelfo Bianco er vel staðsett í San Lorenzo-hverfinu í Flórens, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Piazza della Signoria, í 6 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá dómkirkjunni í Santa Maria del Fiore og í 200... Location and breakfast of facility excellent.

The hotel is very nice and met all our expectations. I can recommend it to anybody looking for a excellent hotel in Venice with great service and clean rooms.

The suite was clean and had 2 bathrooms which was great for our family. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
