The rooms were very clean and modern, the room service came every day. We especially appreciated their friendly service - a big thanks to the receptionist, the manager, the chef, the porter - who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast had a lot of choice and all our questions and problems were attended immediately. There were many shops and a cheap kebab place nearby and many restaurants a bit further in the city.

Ahmed at the front desk was really kind and helpful with our room. I would say this hotel is ideal for getting to petra as it's only 15 minutes away by walking. Or 3 minutes drive. The room was clean and new. Hot showers, with great pressure. Room s arr large and very spacious with a great balcony with a view of the city. Tourism stret 3 minutes away has restaurants and pharmacy.if required. Highly recommend.
