All of the amenities were so great! The 8 different private onsens are amazing, but a bit too small for more than 3 people. The public bath is really clean, the water is pristine.

The location is very convenient to explore Kyoto by foot and by public transport. Nice restaurants and shopping district nearby. I found it to be very good value. The room was spacious with modern tasteful decor, a great shower and bath and a separate toilet. The room was very quiet, the mattress and pillow probably the most comfy I ever slept on in a hotel room. The all day drinks and pastries in the lobby were a nice bonus, it felt very welcoming to return to the hotel after a day of sightseeing.

All staffs are very helpful. Even before the stay, they were very active responding to every inquiries I had. On the arrival date, my flight arrived early, the staff were promptly to support my early check in. The rooms are very clean and comfort. The location has easy access to train station for travelers to carry their luggages in a walking distance. In additon the hotel is acessessible to shopping malls and restuarants.

Although they disappointed me at first because they canceled my reservation without prior warning due to a mixup with my bank I must say the staff were incredibly helpI don’t think it was because of the misunderstanding I think that this is their way. Alles sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sind mit unseren einjährigen Tochter dort gewesen und sie haben und ein Babybett und sogar ein Windeleimer bereit gestellt. Räumlich großzügig und hatten genug Platz mit unseren Gepäck und Kinderwagen.
