Superb setting with stunning communal areas adorned with beautiful scented white flower trees. The rooms were super clean and the staff were truly exceptional and a huge asset to the property. They were most attentive and remained at our disposal throughout the days and nights of our stay. Shiela, Happy,Rosemary and Gakena will live long in our memories of our stay at this oasis. The warmest of smiles and happy to help demeanour will take some beating wherever you stay in the wold. Malindi is a hidden gem and in my opinion this hotel is by far the best in the area. Be sure to try the Hob restaurant which is close by.

From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.

The house and garden are very clean, the food and wine are delicious. The staff are very nice and always smiling, they will help you with anything. You can swim in the pool, sunbathe in the garden. There is a high level of security in the accommodation and in the area, even if you are travelling alone. The house is very cosy and homely. Special thanks to Anne ( Assistant front desk Manager) , she took care of coordinating birthday surprises for my husband, decorating the room by housekeeping, birthday cake for dinner, kudos to Glow staffs for the lively birthday song. Anne also arranged for late check out. I am so pleased I chose Glee to unwind before our long flight to Canada. 😀😀👏👏
