Special thanks to Anne ( Assistant front desk Manager) , she took care of coordinating birthday surprises for my husband, decorating the room by housekeeping, birthday cake for dinner, kudos to Glow staffs for the lively birthday song. Anne also arranged for late check out. I am so pleased I chose Glee to unwind before our long flight to Canada. 😀😀👏👏

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. Always with a genuine interest asking how we are doing. The fact that the room was very comfortable, helped us getting better through this situation . Big thanks to all the staff!!!

Food in restaurant is stunning! Staff is super kind and attentive. Room where we stayed is not big, but clean, sheets are crystal white, bathroom is very nice. Adorable hotel where you want to spend all day long - nice and enjoyable after long safari days and long trips. Amazing place - absolutely 5 stars!

Everything was close, even the little town. We were also delighted when first experiencing a meal. This is where they put themselves above all the rest. The food is amazing and the presentation was top notch. The staff are helpful in presenting different experiences and we’re very knowledgeable about the area. We went on a small Dow sunset Dow ride and it was a lovely experience. The hotel set that up for us. I noticed that there were a few guests that chose to come for a month. That is how good it is. For those who need wifi, it was available all over the property. The beach area was amazing. The swimming was great right at the hotel. We also enjoyed the seating area by the pool. We had a wonderful experience.
