Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and a complete joy to interact with. They were genuinely friendly and always a step ahead in checking on our needs. The property is so peaceful and felt like a little getaway from the craziness of the city... yet it was still so close. Looking forward to the next visit to Nairobi!
